Position Title: Taproom Manager
Schedule:
Will change week by week depending upon TR events.
Hours: Full-Time 40 hours per week.
Pay Scale: $20.00/Hour
Insurance Offered: Health, Vision, Dental. 60% Covered by Dry County.
Paid Time Off: 1wk of paid time off annually, to be approved by manager atleast 2wks prior
Job Summary: The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve our guest service goals in the tasting room. The ideal candidate will channel the passion Dry County puts into our beverages into a memorable tasting room experience for our guests. The candidate must be customer-focused, experienced in a restaurant/bar/taproom environment, and have exceptional interpersonal, management, and organizational skills. This position is ideal for candidates who are excited about the opportunity to be involved in the ground level of a growing business, wearing many hats. These hats include managing the tasting room; managing our back and front office systems; recruiting, training, managing, and motivating tasting room staff; assist in executing special tasting room events; and serving as an ambassador for the Dry County brand, and, of course, someone who knows and loves craft beer and cocktails as much as we do!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility of managing all tasting room activities
- Supervise all employees working in the taproom
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, orienting, training, and managing staff
- Maintain an employee-friendly and positive work environment, ensuring all workplace rules are understood and followed
- Update and maintain POS terminals
- Maintain highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all guests are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
- Order supplies and maintain inventory levels that are appropriate and accurate
- Insure all areas are kept spotless including restrooms & common areas
- Control cash and receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Keep an accurate and up to date inventory of kegs
- Create weekly rotating tap lists
- Educate all taproom staff of current and upcoming offerings
